About Me & Photos

I am a small blonde 21 year old who lives life to the full. The reason for me writing this blog is because I am fighting an on going battle against Cystic Fibrosis. However, I like to live a 'normal' positive life as much as I can. I live with my Mum-Hayley, Dad-Shaun and my two older sisters- Abbi & Georgia.

Although CF is a genetic condition, I wasn't diagnosed until I was around 5 months old. However, there is a lot more knowledge and information out there now and children are normally diagnosed at birth or before by doing a sweat test. To have CF, you need to have inherited two faulty copies of the gene (one from each parent).

I work as a Teaching Assistant in a Junior school and I am also completing my Teacher Training degree at an adult college in Winchester.

I have been writing this blog for quite a few years now although I don't update it as much anymore. This is usually because I am more busier than I used to be or I just genuinely forget.
Here are some photos of my family and friends and of course, my idol Tinie Tempah!
